Tram Tran is the principal of RoR Power and has worked in the Bay Area high tech community for over 10 years. She started her career in technical consulting and product management for companies like Oracle Corp and CommerceOne, where she collaborated with deeply technical developers. Over time she developed a talent for scouting out the best minds and doers. Tram became involved in the Ruby on Rails community over the past two years and has not looked back since.

Tram has earned computer science and accounting degrees from the University of San Diego.
